Jackie and Jon are madly in love, a puppy love that seems to grow by the minute. We sneaked into their lives for a day and enjoyed their presence as well as their yummy brunch. This video is proof of how adorable they are.
We asked them some questions to get to know them a little bit more:
What are your nicknames?
We call each other “baby” mostly. However, after about 1 month of being together, Jon caught wind of how weird I actually am, so he came up with the abbreviation “W.A.G.” This stands for “Weird-ass Girlfriend”. But he actually calls me “beautiful” more often than not… so I guess that kind of makes up for it.
Random fact about you:
Jon, being the car loving, computer engineering, music producing, tough guy that he is, loves to bake…especially cupcakes and he makes the BEST banana pancakes in the world. Random fact about me? Well, I can’t ever leave a dirty dish in the sink. (I am a little OCD) I also cannot watch a movie without falling asleep… even in the theatre. Jon fills me in on the parts that I miss.
What country/city would you like to visit one day?
Jon has practically been all over the world but would one day love to go to Dubai. I would want a tropical destination, something like Hawaii.
What do you like most about each other?
Apparently, Jon can’t pick just ONE thing about me… he’ll get back to us on that. (He said “what about the fact you were born?!” I said that doesn’t count.)
But to be honest, it IS hard to pick just one thing I love most… But if I had to, it would be between his sense of humor and just how completely lovable he is.
What super star would you like to hang with?
Jon thinks Sinbad is hilarious. So, if he had to pick someone to hang out with, besides me (his words, not mine) he would pick Sinbad. I would undoubtedly pick Jason Mraz.
What are your hidden talents?
Jon: Cupcake maker.
Jackie: World class karaoke lip singer.
What kind of old person do you want to be?
Jon doesn’t ask for much; he would just like to be limber and disease-free. I would like to be a little “viejita” that has a million stories to tell about great times and travels with my loved ones. (After I told Jon my answer, I think he wanted to change his…)
